likely a browser cache issue, you might have to clear it before it shows up.

How is the number of hits by Frenzied Blows determined (or is it random like I think it is)?

I've seen it range from over 20 to 7. (And I know it doesn't do overkill).

#hits on a monster = random(ceil(10/(# of monsters)), ceil(20/(# of monsters)))

You fail to weave the spell into the existing effects on the target.
