The one you can see with the add-ons is called 'base stats'. It's calculated by scaling equip's stat down to level 0. Base stat is useful as it give a common ground for comparison.

The one you can see in parenthesis is the actual stat you get from the equip. As the equip's level is higher than your level, most of its stat will be scaled down to match your current level.
Only burden, interference and mana conservation aren't affected by this scaling and are always calculated with reference to the equip's stat shown. That's why they don't have additional stat information in parenthesis.

However the stats are different. The picture on top doesn't have parenthesis. Also, for some reason that add-on doesn't work even with updates.

Try disabling other add-ons, specifically "HV HUD - Equipment Base Stat Display", which you appear to have.

Look at what I have said carefully. And go to the particuar add-on's thread if you have questions on that add-on.

I just need help with my first question. I will try kjeron advice, if I continue to have problems with the add-on I will go to the add-on's thread.

The base stat add-on will overlap scaled-stat with base stat.

Hi, I just did two ring of blood challenges, I beat them both and got two tokens of blood, I had five to begin with. Subtracting the cost of both challenges my total tokens should be stuck at five, however they decreased to three. I want to know why the tokens I won didn't register?

Are you sure you got Tokens of Blood? There are also Chaos Tokens and Tokens of Healing.

I'm positive, I try to bank the other two for monster lab & arena challenges.

Those bosses cost 1 token, legends cost 2 tokens, gods cost 3 tokens.
But there's also a minimum level when you can try those challenges, so at his current level (60) he can only try those boss ROB. Once reaching lv. 75/100 he will be able to try legend/god ROB.

Yup, hence y I did not ask if he tried the higher level challenge.

I don't know what to tell you then, I've gotten tokens of blood from rob and they were added to my inventory just fine.

It was White Bunneh & Mithra. they both cost 1 token.

Hi,
in my Monster Lan it says it will take 11 chaos tokens to create a new slot, and that I have 11 tokens.
But the 'Create Monster' button is not active. I tried refreshing the page just in case.

Sorry a quick search did not show anything else on this (there might be but I did not find it)

I also noticed this: if you just unlocked a monster slot, you can't choose the 'create monster' button.
My solution is to click on other HV pages and then go back to the monster lab page. This should work.

Actually I did not explain quite right, there is no button to unlock a slot at all, I just checked, also refreshing or changing pages has no effect

Screen says I have 11 Chaos tokens and that to unlock a new slot requires 11 tokens

that depends if you already have 11 slots open or not, if you already have 11 monsters it will take 12 tokens for the next one.
