The option to do Rending Blow doesn't show up. I think someone in another thread said that my proficiency isn't high enough. 40.76 right now. God, between that and being very low on credits, this is gonna take a while.

EDIT: How to make 9 monsters to show up for the Hourlies? I think it has something to do with last battle (arena, grind, IW) round completed.

With max speed H@H running (assuming number of connections is also max) 34000 would take 13.3 years according to the chart...

They're artifacts which lower hath reward, so you can shrine them or keep them, since they won't drop again.

Wait, just now you got them? I thought those stopped dropping last month. I say hand them in. Incidentally, hourly mobs from the gallery give off much more experience points then the ones in the Arena and Grindfest (and particularly in Crude rank Item World on IWBTH difficulty). Why is that?

Hourlies have a high exp mod

Arenas have a varied one

Grindfests = 1x

IW: Testing in process, possibly = quality mod

Difficulty mods are separate.
He's talking about the innate bonus multiplier for each type of battle.

You could just compare for yourself if you see any difference in XP with different difficulties...

I was wondering how Blind works.

It says it increases monster's miss rate, but how effectively? I tried to play through arenas with DW style and blind every monsters when possible. I have about 30% evade, 45% parry, with SV on and every monster blinded, but still got hit like hell...

Base attack/magic hit chance reduction: 25%

If you take a million turns to blind everything, as long as the chance for you to get hit isn't zero, you'll get hit a ton.
That's why very few people DW arenas.
And why higher level players don't waste time debuffing every normal mob.

(I'm lv28 with 21k unassigned experience at the moment, though I just assigned some 1500+ that I hoped would let me go up at least one level, but doesn't seem to have gone anywhere (except into the stats).) I don't play HV, but the power...I want the power...

I could have sworn HV and the front page (in the dashboard at right) were bugging me to level up until a short while ago, though (even though I still couldn't actually click the level up button, as I recall)...but right now the dashboard just shows my level/tnl (1505@1944 it says) and I don't see a Level Up button in HV.

You level up automatically once the "Exp to next level" counter reaches zero, regardless if you spend your unassigned EXP or not.
