You willl have to wait Tenboro fixes it, but in the mean time you can create monsters by using chaos tokens though

Yeah, I must be unlucky though, haven't gotten a single chaos token yet.

Do you get free items from the healer purely on how often you visit, or is it merely compensating you every few hundred Credits or so?

It used to be with credits only that you get better items if you spend more credits. Is that still true? Should I not be going to gf and making sure my spirit/mana bar becomes empty before I heal?

I think it's not the same, and the only thing I noticed was, as I leveled up, the quality increased. In the end I get only elixirs.

That's weird. Your image link is in the code and I can open it directly (and I can see rei's image) but I can't see it from the forums.
