If I'm not mistaken, there's no exact way to know the exact miss chance. The following is my guess based on battle buddy stat tracking and my own research.

Monster base hit chance is 75% (Tenb told us this). Going from there, Monster stats increase as they level. So, monster will increase hit chance based on their dex as they level.

Think of a regular monster as you, without equipment, auras or ap, just straight stats, but probably beginning at a weaker starting point than you.

Charkan - you no longer have a character evade stat that interacts with accuracy. So if a critter has an 80% chance to not miss, that is its base chance to not miss entirely, it is no longer balanced with character evade. In this example, 20% of the time the enemy will just plain wiff its attack. The other 80% on the time, it has a chance to land a hit on you based on your evade/block/parry/resist. Lets assume, for the moment, that you have 25% evade and no anything else. Of that 80% of the time that the monster does not wiff (8 out of 10 attacks) 25% of those will be evaded (2 of the 8). Thats how evade works now. So in the end, with an 80% acc monster and 25% evade for yourself, it will land damage on you 60% of the time (6 out of 10 attacks).

Sorry if I'm a bit number intensive but I can't think of a better way to explain it.

What is the current Level at which the Spell "Absorb" first appears??

(I think that the Wiki Article is outdated.)

If you buy Training in Aura Slot, will that Training result in an Aura Point that can be used anywhere....or will it ONLY count as something that can ONLY be used to activate an empty/non-activated Aura Slot??

I ask this because when you successfully train in this area, the counter on your HV reads "Aura Points (+1)" even though the Training says "Additional Aura Slot."

The last time that I bought one of these, a long time ago, I could only place it onto an empty Slot (that's all that I had at the time, and I could only go to Level One at that point anyway), and what I would like to do with this one is to instead dump that Aura Point into an already-activated Aura that I'd like to strengthen/upgrade to Level 2.

Refined Aura training gives you another Aura Slot.
The Focused Aura ability allows you to upgrade an aura to level 2.

Two completely different things.

Does anyone know about how effective Breached Defense and Weaken are in reducing enemy physical defense? I figure Breached Defense lowers their shield and barrier ratings but I haven't noticed a significant difference from that or Weaken.

Umm... weaken doesn't reduce defense... It reduces attack. And breached defense is really weak.

100 per 100 hours averaged, rolling interval, so lets say you use up your limit, you would have to wait up to an hour before you could start your next one

How High is the drop rate from equip, Atifacts in Numbers please

I have 6 Points in Quartemaster i play on normal and that is what i get
Total equipments found: 1 pieces (avg 333 rounds per equip)

I see normal brings nothing so i play on Cake and get mor exp and credits

There's some fairly intriguing thing I see.
None of my currently equipped armor gives me +prof. When I equip the iron shortsword, or shield alone, everything's fine. But when I eqip them both, ... well, see for yourself.

Edit: Seems it works with zweihanders too. My new Mace adds ~+1.2 magic prof...
Longsword ~+0.7...

Shield + crude bronze dagger of first drop ~ +0.57...
Shield + avg bronze shortsword ~ +0.51...
Shield + crude iron Rapier ~ +0.67...

Those are negative proficiencies.

Each point of interference over 25 reduces all magic profs by 0.75%

Aye, thats really nothing overall.

When yo hit around 40-50 interferance you'll be likely to lose a fair more points in prof. I myself lost around 5 points to each due to being a full leather armour build.
