Ok, just out of curiosity can you show it, and how many turns you need to clear a round?

Nor have I, you don't need it to show the axe/longsword, and as for turns just clear some 9 mobs rounds, I don't need some deep statistic, for example I can clear rounds between 9-24 turns with my katana.

Edit: forgot to add, I don't use axes, but with my Rapier+Dagger I can clear with only 18-24 turns.

The axe is being used as payment in an auction, so as soon as the auction ends, I'll compare the difference.

Can somebody with IA and upkeep of at least ~1 MP/turn check something for me?

A round starts and you lose MP due to upkeep being subtracted during Round 0. Take note of your MP. Now, open a new tab or browser window and go to HV. Take a look at your MP. I think its subtracting upkeep again, but I wanted to see if this could be reproduced before reporting to the boss.

I just went into Grindfest with Shield, Haste, and Shadow Veil set on IA. At the end of the round, I had 1104 Mana. At the start of the next round I had 1102. I closed the HV and opened it again and had 1100. I did it again and had 1099. Again and 1097. So, yes, it can be reproduced.

We all know that Weapons and Armor Types/Grades like "Superior," Magnificent," "Phase," and "Kevlar" are ultra-rare.

My question is: Are objects such as these also fixed in number....or is there a "Weapons/Armor" Generator somewhere out there in the Hentai Verse that could someday somewhere give birth to a brand new item of this to that special someone who gets their Loot Rolls just right??


2nd Question: We all know that better quality Equipment Item Worlds gives us better prizes, whether we are talking about Loot or Equipment.

But: does a better Item World item also give you a (noticeably) better chance of winning an Artifact than if you go fight in a Crude or Flimsy??

(I ask because it seems that the lion's share of all the Artifacts that I've ever won, I won while fighting in one of my Exquisite pieces. To this very day, even though I train my Crude Diamond Dagger extensively -because it has the very best Parry% of everything I've ever owned at 17 +% -I can't for the life of me remember the last time that I won an Artifact from it.)

The only artifact I've ever had dropped, was in a fair item on cake difficulty.

I don't think Magnificent has ever dropped. It can still be generated via the limited number of Mysterious Boxes floating around (I have one. I'm not sure who else still does).
You already asked if Phase still generates. It does. It isn't as good as old Phase, but it can still be good.
Kevlar still drops. I found a pair of gloves recently.

hariaku is right, you don't need the best bleed possible, I don't understand why you guys are so obsessive with it, you only need a 2H weapon with a good acc and enough bleeding to kill them to death, the hariaku's longsword is a perfect example of a good one, as well this katana, hell I used to use this longsword and despite having my 2H prof around 1/2 my level, I got no problems with it, what is also important is to have 2H proficiency as high as possible, because bleeding damage depends directly from it.
Go first on a high level flimsy cake IW and just level up the 2H prof, then when you satisfied with the bleeding just play normal like you like. EX: to grind

Edit: don't forget you always have 1 more turn, so 3 turns of bleeding means you get 4 turns.

Yeap. She's absolutely right. In my opinion, a good 2H sword is something with ~30% atk bonus, ~20% acc bonus (which most balanced ones have), okay chance to bleed (I'm using 15% and it's bleedfest at times), and most importantly enough damage. When I say enough damage I don't mean HOLY SHIT damage, I mean just enough so that when it procs, no matter what mob (except mini bosses and bosses) they will die from the bleeding. When you fulfil all these criterias (not really that hard to be honest with you), then the 2H longsword becomes a fearsome weapon.

Well, I think Exquisite items drop if you kill the Trio bosses on Battletoads. Ask hito, he should know (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/laugh.gif) . I rememeber seeing a screenshot somewhere of him getting Exquisite items, not sure about Magnificent ones

Yes it had, hito got a magnificent ethereal rapier on first blood battletoads a very long time ago.

@ the 2nd question

I didn't notice a difference (I get artifacts from average quality items and superior alike). Seems like the # of rounds is the biggest factor in determining artifact drop rate anyway. I've never tried a crude or a flimsy at such a high level so I really can't compare.

I'd trade all of those and every other drop for something that is not terrible. I think I average one of those a month.

I don't want every drop to be good. I just want to be able to find stuff that is actually usable. You have to get crazy lucky to find stuff that isn't shit.

The market for good equipment is non-existent. If you find someone who has something good, you have to offer them absurd amounts of credits on the off chance they'll actually sell it to you.
Training? It is getting absurdly expensive with little tangible benefit.
Artifacts? The stat points are nice, but I'm 11 from maxing out. I don't really need more AP. The only thing left to buy is magic ratings for spells I only use when killing bosses.
I'd rather have something useful like 2 more pieces of Phase.

It occurs to me that in this game, I don't really feel like I'm progressing to be honest. Like I see other players here my level doing normal grindfest and stuff. I'm stuck in my superior estoc cakeworld and everytime I try to move up, I realise I'll get my ass owned. Very frustrating. Is it time to get new equipments??

PS: It's hard to find better equipments than I have now simply because no one's selling them>_<

I'm using a combination of stuff 150 levels below me, stuff I've leveled 60 levels, stuff I've had for 30 levels, and a staff I got recently from the shrine. My problem with the equipment system is in regard to the first point. Items 150 levels lower than me are better than anything I can find. I see these users so many levels below me using better equipment than me and it pisses me off.

Level 40 items are better than level 190 items?? I find that hard to believe.
