At what percentage for the gift aspect for monsters should I stop at since they cost more and more chaos tokens with each upgrade?

Imo, right now. And start unlock more monsterslots. In the end the bring you more. But if you still really want to give them some, one or two level of Scavenging cant hurt.

Also, which stats should I definitely upgrade to max or a certain level so that my spending is cost-effective? I remember how someone said not to upgrade everything and just focus on several specific ones.

Yeah, that was a stupid suggestion. Just increase everything, focus on lets say Str doesnt bring you anything, it doesnt make your monster actually stronger, but it cost quite a bit to bring them up to a decent PL. And PL is in the end was matters.

Lastly, at what level should I stop my monsters at, since it takes quite a few crystals to level up so many monsters? The wiki mentioned that the monsters start giving high-grade materials around somewhere in the 500s. Should I just level them up to where I no longer get low-grade materials, since there doesn't seem to really be a market for them?

Well, imo there are only a few PL that actually matter. The first would be 250, when they start to eat edibles, imo it can be good to bring a few of them up there, so you dont have to feed a whole army just with chow, even when i personaly think when a monster want edibles, it should be able to bring at least a few HG over the year. Aka above PL 500, the second PL that matters, when they start to have the chance to bring HG materials. But even a whole army of PL 549 dont actually bring you that much HG mats. The next PL would be above 750. For some people it is important that they stop bring LG mat above 750, but imo the different between LG and MG is quite low today when it comes to prices and even around 500 LG is allready quite rare. So personally i think it is much more important because they have of course a higher chance to bring HG and because they start to eat Cuisine. And yes, i know monster food is quite cheap, but i still like it to spread what they eat so it is much easier to cover their needs just by selfdrops. The last PL that imo does actually matter would be around 1250. That would be around the PL they actually can even appear to high level player. Of course higher HG mat outcome but imo allready mostly for showing off, just like everything even higher. Dont expect them to ever pay off the crystals you put into them. Does this help? mid leather @75-100
mid metals @225-275

Yes, you do. The higher the difficulty, the higher the credits multiplicator.

Hm, maybe for the SG arenas if you wouldnt do them otherwhise, but when you mean with small boss items something like Manbearpig tail and such. No, this is imo not worth it.

at your level you don't need shielding plate, just a SDE 80%+ block force shield. That's all the defence you need for Fest. Your rapier and armor are perfect (or close enough). For Festing the Grind, just add more Slaughters to speed up things.

Chaos tokens, yeah those are nice. Playing in lottery is a very small chance of getting them. Grindfest with TokenIII is much more effective. Most rich players switch to mage just to speed up the grinding in PFUDOR-fest. But a good 1h build will work, just a bit slower. If you want to switch to mage, I have some nice full forged gear for sale (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/duck.gif)

Thats all i get ..even if it looks better with Feather´s & a Holy strike from Infusions.. but have Mags in my Setup after 700 rounds in PFfest it gets ugly ^^ My Shield is super old but ok i think... dunno tho .. maybe getting a better one would be best ? 60% or so says the Script Equip Comparsion thingie !?!

I am doing all arenas with 1kc clear bonus and around 750 rounds GF a day.
What loot training/perk should I go for next?
I am think about Tokenizer III, or it is just a problem of preference?

I mean percentile range 80%. Your shield is pretty good, but not end-game good. Yours has 56%, and 80% or higher would be an upgrade. But then again, you could also keep the shield and start working on your mage gear.

you can combine both ways:
if you feel that today is a good day to grind - go highest possible difficult.
if not - you can clear daily arenas faster on lower difficult just to get clear bonuses (credits and tokens).
FSM and random encounters better play on pfudor (if you can) - you can get some mags and legs sometimes

you could go heavy or mage, but anyway on your level leather should be replaced with shade

Shade, nearly no one does play it so of course there is much less competition for the equipment and even HG Leather is nearly completly worthless and the shade fragment is the cheapest of the four rare components.

I wouldnt say it sucks, 1H is just overall better when it comes to defence and staying in spirit stance nearly all the time and such. And like i said some people still play DW, a few maybe even 2H. what is cheaper?

if your main priority don't pay much on equip
go to weekly auctions when they start and do starting bids (50k) on 1 equip for each slot.
if someone overbid you - you don't lose anything. if not - you get legendary for 50k.
so you can get 'not so good' power armor set only for 250k and try 1H heavy.
