All equipment have base stats, what you see on the equipment are the leveled stats, corresponding to the level they were dropped at, if you hover over any stat you'll see a number pop up, that's the base
on the wiki you can see what base values an equipment can have, the auctions show the values in terms of the legendary range they can reach, for example, a regular legendary rapier can have between 16.29 (0%) to 18.89 (100%), but if the rapier has a Nimble suffix its range can be between 23.81 to 26.94

Let's use parry chance of Legendary Rapier of non-Nimble as an example

According to wiki,
min base = 42.816.29
max base = 18.89
so 87% would be 18.552, and then this number is converted to the real parry chance after going through some formulas and roundings.

I guess this line is misleading. :/

I installed the Monsterbation script and it auto-attacks if you just hover your mouse on an enemy.

That or I did something wrong? Conflicting scripts?

Monsterbation is completly legit. But it is the absolute max that is allowed in the game. Everything that goes beyond that is forbidden. (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/happy.gif)

Hm, yeah i guess you could just delete some lines in the script. Just stop calling the hoovering with the mouse coursor above the monster an auto-attack because when you dont hover the coursor above an alive monster the script does nothing aka not automated.

if it's for that, it's not even entirely meaningful since even big spreads in percentile may actually have a low impact on the actual outcome. but players tend to blindly trust it like the holy bible, so...

in general, all the scripts listed in compendium (a bit outdated, but still) are perfectly legit.
especially monsterbation, which has been carefully discussed with admin and reviewed by a couple experienced coders to be the absolute maximum you can push rules.

there's an option in the first lines (mind you, "first lines" means the first 60 or so). try to look for "hovering" or something like that.

my answer is written above. also, i discussed the project with admin and sickentide knows perfectly what he can do and whatnot. monsterbation is safe to use.

handmade fixes past a certain point *may* not, but that's a whole other story.


btw, the big (substantial) difference with a bot script is that a bot could work without user being present and farm points indefinitely, monsterbation requires for the user to be present at every action - which is what admin wants: a player playing the game, not a string of code.

You mean like PFUDOR? Actually everyone above a certain Lvl has PFUDOR as standard setting. And you no longer need the shield bash to use vital strike. Just wait for the monster to get stunned by a counter attack and use vital strike.

as much a possible. unless very peculiar cases skills' firepower tends to pale in comparison to perma-spirit stance.
