this question needs for you to already know your element to be answered.

as far as i know, element styles perform not-so-differently from each other, with maybe wind and elec having an advantage because they can earn more counter-resist via willow staffs.
as for holy, it should be better than dark because of its proc, but again i cannot put numbers.

I played cold mage up to level500, works very well. Now I play dark mage, but now I have the funds for it.


It depends on your budget, really. Unlimited? Holy mage it is. Just very high? Wind or Elec, which ever you can get a staff for. Or, dark if you don't want to play imperil.

Then after you have the staff, do some calculations on the proficiency. Use Scemaz's mage prof calculator. Cold / wind / elec can normally use shoes only for prof. Forge until 0.68 prof factor.

If you play dark, you'll probably start with shoes+gloves for 0.8 imperil style, then forge and level up until you can even reach 1.0 with good shoes+gloves.

For warrior, might not need that much int - apparently zero is ok, but if you want some cheap spirit 2-300 might be fine. You might also want a bit less agility (you want it low enough that you don't have attack speed bonus as 1h).

AGI is too high. Leave enough AGI so that you have almost no attack speed bonus, but high enough so that you get some mitigation from it.

I would say that you should buy both but get force of nature first.

Leather is not very good at all, compared to other types at the moment.

At your level, you may be able to play PFUDOR difficulty pretty fast, if you upgrade all your gear. I recommend working towards 1h rapier of slaugter + force shield + power armors.
1. Get a good rapier, preferably legendary of slaughter. Or magnificent of slaughter if that's all you can find.
2. Get a force shield with highest block you can afford. Legendary shoudl be possible at your level.
3. Get power armors, warding is cheap, protection is a bit better but not too much. Slaughter is the best but you will have to pay a lot for them.

If you are a returning player, there is a chance that you have some obsolete gear that can be sold.

Not worth it since it has very low EDB(and its other stats arent good either), which means that you will likely replace it soon.

Elemental gear isn't pricey, so I'd look for better one, but rad robes are rare so it might take some time (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/happy.gif)

If blackjac00 was taking a break from buying then they should close down their shop temporary if blackjac can actually do that and my recommendation for you if blackjac hasn't bought your trophies is to recall them.

This was discussed in detail a few days ago in the other thread. Until then I had no idea how blackjac (possibly) funded his trophies, or why gold star prices seemed to be in chaos.
