QUOTE(Uncle Stu @ Sep 7 2018, 22:39) What has a fest to do with that? (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/unsure.gif) You should allways make sure you have enough stamina before you start the fest. The time when the game did tell you how much stamina you have during battle are long gone. Using EDs in Battle also gives you an Effect of recovering 10% Overcharge and 10% Spirits for 11 Turns, so I think using it in Battle benefits more than out of Battle, it may save us a Spirit Elixir in Fest. And I think you're right and we should keep having enough Stamina before entering a Battle.

QUOTE(Lostwizard @ Sep 7 2018, 16:42) Nope. One time I entered GF with only ~15 stamina left, and it also gives me a reason to try OFC as mage.
15 Stamina? (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/mellow.gif) Doesnt the game stop all drops with less than 20 stamina? I have to check that. Oh, its 10. But still. I would never start a GF so low on stamina. And having ED in the battle inventory does actually scare me. I am much to affraid i would press the wrong button by mistake and use one when i dont want to.

QUOTE(Uncle Stu @ Sep 7 2018, 21:28) The dawn bonus? But that takes forever. (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/unsure.gif) But prof gain is caped to one bonus per round. So doing that now with the trio means nothing but wasting time. Tbh just see even a single reason to use a single ED in battle. To get the bonus from the Long Gone Before Daylight per while having Caffeinated Candies in your inventory. But i have no idea why someone would use two. (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/unsure.gif) for staff you get the prof without having to smack anything now. like this one, no physical attack but 0.014 staff prof : and I'm saying that smacking trio was from back before the patch, when you could get prof ticks from every action. anyway, even if by chance mage ended up having the OC to cast OFC, I doubt the damage is something phenomenal as it's based on physical attack, right? But I don't want to smack monster so I used 2 EDs in battle instead.

I only use ED in grind fest battle. Because I like how that gives me overcharge! Not really useful but fun. However, hell no I am not using the overcharge for OFC! With my low STR that doesn't make a dent in a stick of butter. I use it for spirit stance.

QUOTE(magiclamp @ Sep 3 2018, 16:18) Haha, yeah, script is very helpful for mage. But if you think IW is long, how do you handle the schoolgirl arenas? PFUDOR IW on legendary takes me 15-20 min on 1h, but DwD is around an hour...
So I tried PFUDOR encounter with 1h mage, it took me 8 rounds to complete after imperil rounds. How long does it take you usually to complete after you imperil the monsters?
After monitoring about 10 battles with 9 monsters at IWBTH difficulty it takes 5-8 attacks. I to scared to play PFUDOR, (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/ph34r.gif) No I guess I'll give PFUDOR a try soon.... --------------------- Just wanted to show off my new Rainbow Avatar. (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/tongue.gif) Now If I can only find the matching Rainbow Pony staff of the Hentaist. (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif) --------------------- Yea this is stupid: I get 4 times the proficiency for stuff I've never done! No it isn't stupid, it is just WRONG! I could understand that my skill fighting against such armors and weapons, but not in the skill using things I've never touched! LOL You gain 0.456 points of heavy armor proficiency. You gain 0.391 points of light armor proficiency. You gain 0.456 points of dual wielding proficiency. You gain 0.456 points of two-handed weapon proficiency. Just use the lowest difficulty. Otherwhise just get stronger. Level up. Get better equipment. Or soulfuse your equipment. Upgrade your equipment. Use the correct support spells. The usual stuff.
And just in case you didnt notice. Yggdrasil does heal the trio. So kill him first.

Thanks for your answer. I want get more help I actually select the normal mode. The beginning is fine. The problem arised when 4 monsters is alive, the dragon could damages me(lie SP skills or ult) with 80 percent of my totally health in subsequently>5 turns, and then I died with all my spirits potion in CD. Did dragon used hie skills infinitely. Or how could I broken his behavior which damages my 80percent health per turn?

Check out the deprecating spells. You can stop monsters using special attacks for a while with a silence spell or lower damage significantly with weaken spell. Check out supporting spells - spirit shield, which reduces some damage for the cost of your spirit, spark of life - it lets you survive deathblow once for the cost of the spell and significant amount of spirit. Then again all the things Uncle said. This post has been edited by Wraithtouch: Sep 8 2018, 07:21

Okay, let us search for the reason why you are so weak. What playstyle and what equipment do you use?

Correction: dragging the combat for too many rounds makes any of the monsters Op. Even the hilarious wimps known as goddesses. BTW, kill the goddesses last: you don't want the entire party to get a buff every time you take down a goddess.

Stop being stupid, we talked about this before. here, read more about proficiency exp and growth https://forums.e-hentai.org/index.php?showtopic=208589https://ehwiki.org/wiki/Proficiencies#GainsQUOTE(Ming28561 @ Sep 8 2018, 11:57) Thanks for your answer. there's also an option to forget about it until you reach higher level, maybe come back at level 300 or something - which should be very soon as you have GS and reaching lvl 300 is pretty quick, it will get much more easier. else, if you insist on taking on them as soon as possible, as uncle stu said, let's talk about your playstyle (1h/2h/dw/mage) and equipment.

I beat it when I was lv.220 (@ normal) at first try, not a problem, just a bit long. I used 1H style, with reasonably meh equipment. Cast Regen first thing (you should have at least Protect in IA1 already, possibly SS in IA2 too). Then, as Uncle and others says, cast sleep and/or silence on the stronger monsters, and cut away asap the others. Now you should remain with the strongers ones only alive, but still silenced or sleeping, and quite a bit of OC. Starting from Yggdrasil, that must be dealt with first, imperil and attack, and when you have enough OC use OFC (it helps a lot). After Yggdrasil is gone, the others cannot regenerate their health. Hope this helps you, bye (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/wink.gif) Edit : Edit : I doubt you will beat it with mage style for a while still, unless you have top notch equip, forged and IWed, and IA3 and possibly some mage perk (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/unsure.gif) This post has been edited by mundomuñeca: Sep 8 2018, 14:35
