Is that not a Language Problem, that you're not sure what "fair" means?

A new Player should learn about this Game. If he or she doesn't know something, z. B. the Price or the Value of Equipments, he or she can ask us, and we'll help them. If he or she knows nothing, and refuse to learn or to ask, he or she should pay for his or her Decision. That's fair.

That is a little too harsh for a community to be in my opinion.

This forum is just made of plain text (well at least not inside posts) and has no big beautiful banners or posters to direct new players.

I still remember I was so confused about where to go when I first came to seek help with HV. So I spent hours reading this and that. After so many posts I have read, my first impression to this forum board was that whatever I ask here I am going to get "here is a wikipedia of Hentaiverse that you can make use of:)". I hesitated a week more to ever make my first post here.

The price check thread used to have a description saying "beware of a scammer". When a new player comes for an equipment evaluation, how can he tell who he or she can trust?

Okay, so this has to be a missunderstanding. I am well aware what fair means. And i dont think that it is fair to blame players for not asking here, because i know of at least one case someone just didnt dare to post his question here, because he tought the question would not qualify for the experts thread. We have to keep in mind, new players are mostly not just new to the game, but also new to the forum. And some are a bit shy when they see a community they are know nothing about. So blaming them for doing a mistake is a lot, but not fair.

He or she can and should trust no one, but uses his or her own Knowledge to judge the Price and the Value of a Equipment, that's why he or she must learn. Our Opinions are only Reference, yes, I know, the most of you are kind People, but he or she must make the Decision him-/herself with her own Knowledge, you good People can't make Decision for him or her.

that's the wrong attitude. we don't say "read the wiki" because we are harsh and you bothered us, who want to safely return chatting about nothing. it's because we wrote that wiki, and we consider it's good enough. if it is, you now know it and can point other people to that. if it isn't, we will have a feedback to improve.

there's only so much we can say. pretty sure that a bunch of players here understood who we were speaking about.

I think we can all admit there is a very, very implicit sense when you start playing that it is 'lurk for a few weeks before asking anything so you don't ask anything dumb that might be easily answerable'. It's just a matter of lurking a little bit I guess.

At the same time, I remember the 'reviewing shops' thing, I don't think it's necessarily a good or bad idea, but there's also this sense of 'don't ever, ever name shop names, doesn't matter if you got a good or bad deal, or if they took out a hit on your wife and fucked your daughter'. If we all agree that the onus is on the user to research things before they buy something, and they get ripped off, it's their own fault, then if a bunch of people have poor experiences with a shop, then why can't people warn them in this thread?

can be up to 1 day... Try going to hath perks page again, after changing some settings. Some say that that helps. But most think it's just the way Tenboro made it - some random time passes before it activates. Personally, I think it's linked to the toilet in Tenboro's house and he needs to flush it before hath perks activate.

Actually, this stupid thing is much closer to reality than the stupid "refresh / do this / do that" thing most people tend to be spouting.
The perks activate only once the HV database synchronizes with the main server, which happens when there is enough stuff to transfer to start the sync (as far as I understood from Tenbro's explanations). So there is nothing a player can do, except waiting, and waiting, and praying Snowflake it happens quickly.

I've figured it out on other website, but I'm not able to explain it in English.
The resolvent is to make the units digit of your HPmax not be 1 or 6.

There goes the answer to your question. Your spirit shield has most likely eaten away enough SP to fall under the amount of SP needed to trigger SoL.

Don't play with fire by activating a spirit draught only once your spirit is close to the trigger. I'd suggest to keep at least 50% of your spirit bar at all times.

Nope. In fact this is not the truth.
Because if SP isn't enough, there should had a sentence "Your Spark of Life fails due to insufficient Spirit."

There is a conclusion that when your HP became 1 after the last but one attack by chance, the next attack would'n trigger your SoL, but kill you. (It may be a bug or not)

It looks like a small probability event. But in my case, you can see that all the damages they made were 4298(20% of my HPmax) thanks to the Spirit Shield.
And as I had said, "never make the units digit of your HPmax be 1 or 6".
For example, your HPmax is 20001, so the 20% of it is 4000. Starting with 20001 HP, after receiving 5 attacks(if those 5 attacks are in one tick, you won't get regen from draught or spell. It is possible if your castspeed is high enough), your HP will just became 1 , so that you will kill by the 6th attack.
So a mage is very likely to be killed without triggering SoL in high level GF if his units digit of HPmax are 1 or 6. Actually, I had checked that my units digit of HPmax were 1 at that time.
