not with my build, with only 1 radiant for 1.0 prof factor. I have optimized for imperil play up to now, also because of my not-perferctly-high t/s (2.8 is max achievable for me). I may try with 2 or 3 radiants, but that will take ... about 70m ... to complete. And then, it's probably not faster than imperil play with my t/s. So ... this may not be a good idea.

I'm still not sure what prof factor is.
On wiki it's the formula is:
prof_factor = (effective_proficiency - monsterlevel) / monsterlevel

Is effective proficiency the one shown on the character page mmm...~?

Can anyone please explain the reason for the big difference in BLK?
I suspect that (sadly) the second is overrated and with that all the other good values.... (including that very strange End 101%).

end 101% is fine, its just this example is better than all others in database. As for difference in blk, well, usually just 'ranges' means 'legendary ranges'. However for non-legendary percentile ranges gives you magnificent range. So blk value is 79% of magnificent range but 11% of legendary range.

If you are using HV toolbox, the data provided are obsolete. The percentile ranges, the second ones, give you up-to-date ranges. Sometimes some equips have weird percentages, sometimes due to forging calculations or whatsoever. Just ignore them or you can click send ranges...


opps. yea the percentile does give you ranges respective to your quality as default. So 79% is mag ranges, the 11% is legendary range that HV provides, which is also correct in this case.. Click the percentages and you can adjust to legendary range. For some equips, not all, HV toolbox will have obsolete ranges


Click the ranges, the numbers, you will see send ranges right below where you can adjust your respective ranges

Dw will be suitable with leather/light armor, or maybe you can try one handed style with rapier, force shield/kite shield, and heavy armor...

Edit : you can see your ability tree and fill them with ability points. Train some adept learners in training or maybe the drops training..

Yes I've read that, I'm just confused about the numbers in step 2-4, should I only rely on the prof shown in my profile to calculate my current or can I use that one?

And it seems like proficiency factor capped at 1, while you should be able to get proficiency more than your level with training and perk or am I misunderstanding something mmm...~?

Is there any price check forums other than the one on the front of the HV forum page? I used the main price check one and I only got one response back on my Legendary Shade armor piece. They said it is in the range of 250k-500k. Do I trust it? Also, what would a fair price be for it, should I choose to sell it to a person? Or should I just send it to an auction?

Once I sold something similar for 650k, but it was already upgraded, so I think you can sell it for 400-500k in a shop

First, check your equipment's stats via super's live percentile script, if showed good stats (like more than 50% or 60% in several stats) than it's auctionable and you can send it to super's or kedama's auction. Second, you can trust almost all members here but you can't expect them all to answer your question in "price check" thread. Third, superlatanium is very very good person, so you can ask him directly (i asked him several times and he gave me good advices about how to see/measure good equipments stats and prefix/suffix). For a noob like us, it's always confusing, but you will learn it slowly, just be patience in learning....

Not only. Due to how the reverse calc algorithm works and the exasperation given by percentile, it's very well possible that 101% doesn't actually mean anything because still on the realm of rounding errors.
In general, I wouldn't sweat over a 1-2% difference...

So, I'm a little apprehensive about using scripts, since I've been essentially grinding my way up the levels from the beginning. After reading through the forums, I'm interested in the monster-hovering feature and the equipment percentile feature, since the former means I don't have to click all the time and the latter is useful for selling equipment.

Don't panic!


1. Use a browser that allows add-ons (I use Iron, chrome works as well)
2. Install add-on "Tampermonkey"
3. Install Monsterbation in tampermonkey

That's all there is to it. If you want to know more about how scripts work, try google "javascripts"
