Is there a way to see the total sum of your exp bonuses? Doesn't appear to be in the statistics section or settings. Is my only option to count each award I have and the exp training bonus?

Unfortunately, just calculating manually. (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/sad.gif)

QUOTE(Ser6IjVolk @ Feb 6 2025, 22:40) I noticed my mage gives whatever monster I'm hovering over a physical whack with his stick whenever I use spacebar to heal. I took a look at the Monsterbation settings, and I guess it can be fixed by just changing whatever's binded to spacebar to just "cast cure", but is that correct to do? I'm guessing whatever long line in there is there for a reason.
Bind(KEY_SPACE, Any, Strongest([Use(3), Cast('Full-Cure'), Cast('Cure'), Use(2)])) where item slot 2 = hpotion and item stot 3 = health elixir

So the way "strongest" works is it counts the latter commands as stronger?

in keybind, works right to left, first it tries the last one in your array in hover, mousewheel etc, works left to right, first tris the first one in your array Dunno why, but it's a scripting logic thing I guess. Just something to remember.

I read the script, it's from the right to left. The key point is whether this command need a target or not. It not, trigger immediately, it yes, goes next command, skip command that's not available Let me explain the logic. For hover, it's treated as Strongest([TargetMonster(Cursor), your Other Commands]). For offensive command, it needs a target to activate. So, if you have CODE Strongest([Cast('Storms of Njord'), Cast('Downburst'), Cast('Gale')])
It literally become CODE Strongest([TargetMonster(Cursor), Cast('Storms of Njord'), Cast('Downburst'), Cast('Gale')])
When it goes over Gale and Downburst, it will be called/clicked but not triggered because no target is clicked. For non-offensive skill, like cure or using item, it will be activate once be called. For example, CODE Impulse(Strongest([Use('5'), Cast('Storms of Njord'), Cast('Downburst'), Cast('Gale')])) //wheel down
It literally become CODE Impulse(Strongest([TargetMonster(Cursor), Use('5'), Cast('Storms of Njord'), Cast('Downburst'), Cast('Gale')]))
Call Gale->Call Downburst->Call Storms of Njord -> Call Item 5(mana potion) and triggered. If mana potion is not available now, then use T321. I guess I figured it out before since I have such combined command for hover This post has been edited by l13763824039: Feb 8 2025, 00:22

I'm trying out DW in Persistent because Isekai refused to drop heavy armor and gave me an excuse to try it out and I've been having a lot of fun with it. However, my shit easily gets rocked and I'm using Cure not too soon after cooldown. I want to ask if I'm doing something wrong or the style is naturally a glass cannon. I am playing on IWBTH, if that helps, since anything below Nintendo is turning out to be too easy.

Your level is just a bit low for IWBTH, on any style. But it's possible, just quite difficult. - Get 2 weapons with good parry. No axe! Club + rapier of nimble is also nice. - IW the weapons to 10. That's a bit of a chore, but there are free services on WTS forum. - Forge parry a bit - mind the abilities, train for points if needed - start with Frenzied blows, then use slow or silence or blind or weaken on some survivors if you need to heal to much. Weaken is best, but only after you've unlocked it Difference with isekai is that you get more ability points and mastery points there. For the rest, it's all about the timing of the Frenzied Blows. Get that right -FB at start of round, that should make it safe. Just have a little more patience in persistent. Be more, well, persistent.

Okay, that makes sense. I'll grind out what I need in the meantime, but man Nintendo feels so easy now. What levels are recommended for the last two difficulties?

I've seen on the wiki, in the 'Forbidden Actions' section under 'Scripts & Tools,' that it says: 'Any automation or semi-automation of gameplay beyond a single "action."'. I wanted to ask if holding down all the numbers on the numeric keypad (123456789), along with Enter, at the same time would be considered a violation of the rules.

I just noticed in the 'Play Styles' section of the wiki, under 'Play Speed Melee,' it says 'Can just hold down number keys most of the time.' Does that mean it’s actually allowed? I just wanted to confirm.

I don't think it make any sense to hold down all number key. without scripts the number key attack a monster by default, and yes you can hold a number to repeat attack one target as the melee, but it would be easy to die. and if you hold all number key, only the number 0 will work, they have a priority. and if with script, the rule is: the script can't auto select the target for you, you have to make the decision by yourself

Can somebody explain how spell AOE works when you target the last monster in a round? I don't get it. If there are 10 monsters in a round and I cast a 3-target spell like Imperil on monster 10, it only hits monsters 9 and 10; it got "cut off" and didn't hit monster 8. However, if I cast a 10-target spell like Flames of Loki on monster 10, it hits everybody and doesn't get cut off. Why is it like this?

cast in the last one and slots > affected targets = cut off cast in the last one and slots <= affected targets = all slots cast in the first one = max affected targets
