I need to IW my weapon, I have asked before and I was told that I should do the IW first, so now after my first time IW, my rapier got 3 overpower and 1 butcher, I guess this is not a good combination. Anyone tell me what is the optimial combination for 1H rapier? Or in other word, for the existing 4 properties (butcher, fatal, overpower, swift), how to rank them? What is the best combination ofr IW 10 1H rapier player? If I want the optimal combination, I guess I have to use the shard to reset now right?

If this is for persistent, I would go with an IW service. A lot less hassle and it's not that expensive.
If this is for isekai, IW 10 in general is already a huge boost. You don't need butcher/fatality.
Just go with whatever. You want that IW 10 for the void-strike.

Currently use HVUtils 2.10.4 (URL 1.2.1), and have HVToolbox 1.0.11.1 available for testing (though normally disabled). I would think these would cover it, but no.

That's not a top-tier rapier, but one that you could use forever tho.

Overpower/counter-parry is useless against stunned monsters (as they can't parry and 1h have innate auto-stun from counter)
1h also already have innate counter-parry from overwhelming strike, albeit not always active.
it is okay for low level (like 100-200), but for high level player it's hardly useful.

the other possible potency (other than butcher and fatality) is swift strike which add attack speed, which is questionable at best and considered a drawback in general for high level player by many (the same reason people dislike using haste on 1h).
It might useful for late round grindfest or high difficulty-high quality IW to add a little extra comfort if your equip is still mediocre - it is useful for extra slight nudge on your defense - but for daily use in arena... naah.

Is there an official game rule book that includes some laws and rules?

I recently got someone who is interested in trading credits via Paypal instead of going through E-wallet BTC. I personally don't care how the trade is made, because all I need is credit and I am paying the same amount of money.

However, I suspect that such real money trade is seriously prohibited in HV community, which makes sense because the HV owner earns nothing if such trade is allowed instead of donating BTC and contribute to our HV community.

I am a kind of person that don't want to take any risk of doing illegal stuff, don't want to be punished by account closed due to such trade. So I am not going to do such things unless such trade DOES NOT violate HV rules. After all, for me there is literally no difference as a credit buyer, no matter paying BTC E-wallet or paying the real world money . Anyone any ideas?

Like I said, I want credit and I did strictly follow Noni's explanation to sell stars. Maybe a bit of a weird question... I noticed that above PL 1000, monsters are immune to being deactivated from starvation...

Is there still a point to feeding them after that? Or could I just let their hunger and morale drain, and just rely on the guaranteed once per 3 day gift as they don't seem to be killing anything at this point?

They won't appear in battle or give gifts like that (even the 3 day pity gifts)

What are the best infusions for melee in different situations?
I get that holy and dark are best against school girls, but when I use dark on Arctic weapon, normal monsters usually take less dark damage than cold.
What should I use in no-schoolgirl battles? And what should I use in mixed battles like DwD?
