Should I hold onto my Amnesia shards, or is it better to sell them off for credits? I'm still not sure why they would be used to wipe an equipment piece's IW upgrade stats.
That is up to you, if you need money right now, sell them. If not, keep them. And sometimes you just want a very specific IW for your equipment. Like S4P5 for a HOH. This is about optimising. I just did over 300 reforges to get Jugg5Holy5 on an armor piece.

you can sell them for now, and buy them when you need to do a lot of IW.

Hover over an equip and press 'c'. The Live Percentile Ranges script is nice to have to show you how good the stats are compared to the best and worst for that specific equip

For shop management I would suggest HV Utils or HV Toolbox

for every mage that is not end-game super rich, charged is always better. And even for end-game super rich, charged is better for most elements, except holy, and except if you want to try brute-force non-imperil play. That would work fine for arena's, but not for PFFEST (for any element except holy).

So, charged only. But at your level, plain would be fine too, I think.

Note to all that want to become super end-game rich players: Holy may not be the strongest anymore. It's now elemental imperil that outperforms it. Only on Sundays holy is still better. Not by much, though.

even if current goal is fast as possible SG arenas? (Electro) Or it's simply too expensive to forge 2 sets?

that's Super Ultra Extremely Rich levels of credits, that you would need for that. 2 fully forge sets....

Definitely not fully (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/smile.gif) As I see it now, after not-so-much forge first DD level(s) are more effective. Right?
My idea was that low-forged radiants would be faster on (SG) arenas compared to low-forged charged. And (much) cheaper to the forge 10 or about?

I would expect that you get better results on SG if you use the credits for those radiants to forge your charged more. Because unforged mage sucks.

It would be about +1 forge i think. ATM rad forge 10 (or a bit more) is about unforged charged in auctions.
Well, it was more or less theoretical - full charged is too expensive for me now, have only 1 middling + 1 low charged vs 4 low-mid rads (forge5). And credits are now going to forging willow staff to the level of my redwood, finally have enough prof to use it.

Do monster spirit attacks never miss? I seem to never see any misses in the after battle stats.

I have finally hoarded up 1000 Haths again.

Initially I had thought of waiting for 2000 and get the Dark Descent perk, but now I think I'll leave that for later.

Now I think it would be better to start preparing for a future Mage build getting some Magic Prof perk, but which one is more useful to get first (while continuing to play 1H and other melee styles for the time being) ?

Force of Nature ? Evil Enchantress ? Or ... ?

Evil Enchantress first, then the prof perk corresponding to your chosen damage type

Force of Nature isn't worth it

got an question for equipment EDB. for example. if i had two same type legendary equipment. one had 89% EDB and another one had 40% EDB. the difference between them is only 3 points of EDB.
my question is:
was that still be 3 points of difference after i do an full upgrade on both item? because someone had told me that upgrade is due to 1% of basic number. so i was curious about on was there an difference on upgrade between equipment with different EDB base.
