One question, I was improving my Magnificent grade shade leggins, and when a certain number of improvements pass I will unlock an innate ability.

What not for that to happen one had to perform the IW?

Can you rewrite the question? To be honest, I haven't understood a single thing of what you have written here. From what I could guess:

- You were improving, how? Upgrading with materials in the Forge? Getting PxP in the Item World?
- Innate ability? Do you mean a Potency from the Item World?
- What you're looking for when you perform the IW is to get Potencies.
- If one of the potencies you get isn't to your liking, then your only option is to Reforge, spending 1 Amnesia Shard per Potency that the item currently has (half that number rounding up if you have the Dark Descent Hath perk). This will reset all the Item level to 0, remove all the Potencies and set the PxP to 0 too.

I just read the wiki, and I want to ask about 2 questions:

1. How's speed work, especially how do buffs and abilities that fasten your speed stack?
2. How's counter-resist work and also how do the buff stack which each other?

How do you calculate ADB? The wiki says to "see equipped armor," but I only see fixed values of increased attack damage, whereas people are giving ADB as percentages.

Percentages refer to the ranges related to that armor.

Each quality level has a maximum and a minimum range between those 2, the stats are generated randomly.

The range is referred to the maximum stat. For example, if the stat ranges were between 100 and 250 for a specific quality level, a 0% means that your stat is 100, and is in the lower value for his quality.

If it's 100%, it means that you got the best stat available for that quality level, it would be 250.

That's even worse, the mechanic of resist and counter resist doesn't really explained, the only real explanation about resist and counter-resist is this "the system will do three separate rolls for resist" and the table below, no mention about how the roll work between resist and counter-resist mmm...

if you haven't done so already, consider putting a few credits aside for Innate Arcana. at one slot, you can put spark in it and have it reactivate automatically after it triggers

As for resist and counter-resist... Does it really need to be explained?
Counter-resist is the probability that a successful resist is cancelled.
So if the monster has 25% resist chance and you have 25% counter-resist, it makes a probability of 25% that you do manage not to be resisted anyway when the monster does get to resist. It makes an overall 18.75% chance for the monster to resist, all stats considered.

On PFUDOR all arena together give you easy around 200k per day. So those 200k alone would be 73M per year. As Ikky pointed out monsterlab is another good way of income. But of course a bit harder to calculate, because of the difference in monster slots, monster level, tokens and so on. But with enough it is imo quite easy to make around 1M per month So another 12M per year. Together with the arena we are allready at 85M per year and we didnt even sell any of the stuff that pile up in your inventory. You yourself have no use but others do. So lets just say over a whole year doing all arena every day another 10M. So we are now at 95M for a full year. So lets say you also do sell equipment and that you have at least a bit of luck. It should be possible to make another 5M per year. So we are now allready at 100M for a full year. And even when those numbers are just a rough estimate i would call that big money. I can do everything at Nintendo Lvl so far, but it's starting to take a while and is beginning to get pricey in terms of hp/mp/sp drafts and potions, but mostly in the enchanting required so a battle an arena battle doesn't take 30 min.

mostly, i am looking for some suggestions on what todo, and the best way of doing it.
- ie , current 1h path. i normally use a 1h with parry, and not the axe shown.. but i haven't been able to find a decent one in a while.. and these axes keep dropping.

You can literally get a full mag Leather set for free from the FreeSHop.
You'd need to get your Axe to IW10 (there are free services for that as well), and use an infusion before batling to have a grand total of 3 elemental strikes on it.
With these things alone, your clear speed will already be greatly enhanced.

As for posting your stats: no other way than a screenshot. But for equipment, you can post the equipment URLs.

Hovering your mouse cursor above the item, press c and copy paste the link. But i have seen enough so there are no equipment links needed in this case.

First i notice, change your light armor for heavy armor. Light armor and 1H doesnt interacts in the best way. It actually does even counteract it. And you really should use an Axe, it is possible to play 1H with an Axe, yes. But not with such equipment. So the low parry, the low block, together with a still quite low evade, just means you loose damage, because you dont get that much counter attacks out, which also means less monster are stunned, can attack more and you dont really have the stats to avoid that much. And yes, such an high attack speed bonus for 1H does also his part in reducing your counter attacks and by that overall damage output. So Get heavy/power armor, get rid of that axe and get anything with parry. And i would also say, as long as you still even use superior equipment in your set, forget about PFUDOR. A full Mag or at the least, full Exq set should be possible for you. But i would suggest, if you have to choose between a Mag plain plate, or a Exq power armor, i would still say go for the power armor, the additional damage, should help you with your clearing speed. Also a kite shield is literally the worst shield you could use. Personally i would also say, Dex should be a higher priority. Yes, it just gives your an additional damage point for two points in it, but it gives for that also the double bonus to crit chance and also a nice bonus to parry.

Don't panic, there is hope.

You are now in a very difficult level range. Axe is not good enough at this level. You lack the defense from parry. You know, you don't have to rely on self drops. Check the wrs section and freeshop. Save credits and upgrade your gear. And hover mouse on equipment and press c.

Have you read the first page of this thread? It has plenty of advice to give about how to start, where to get the money and what to gear up.

And especially, where the shops are.

Also, check people's signatures as people usually advertise their shops there. Some of them got stuff for newbies.

How do I use a script? Specifically, I'm trying to use the Live Percentile Ranges script. I downloaded Tampermonkey, and created a new userscript where I copy and pasted the code in the wiki, but that isn't getting it to work, and the Tampermonkey button is saying "No script is running." In case it's relevant, I'm using Chrome.
