I already installed the script they recommended, but the turbo option it brings is making things difficult for me, there are times when I make a false attack and I'm about to lose because of the monsters' attacks.
Can you deactivate that option? if so, how is it disabled?

QUOTE(bbobjs @ Jun 12 2019, 06:51) I guess maybe I need help understanding why it's so bad? Like I recently had this thing drop, and it seems like it's probably a significantly more valuable item, but it's significantly worse for me both in my theory of how to play the game and practical results. Magnificent Ethereal Longsword of SlaughterYou'll be dealing significantly more damage with that one. But you'll also be more open to attacks yourself, as you won't stun the monsters. But frankly, now that you've reached lvl 250, most players would advise you to switch to 1H, as it's easier.

QUOTE(Uncle Stu @ Jun 12 2019, 12:16) Yes, I mean that when you pass the mouse over the monsters automatically begins to attack and does not stop unless you move outside the cursor of the bar where the monsters are, or they die or you die. I talking about the monsterbation script

Oh, i see. Well i guess there could be a way to switch it off, but if you dont like it, even why i dont really understand why that could be the case, i would suggest to just use the numpad instead.

I've tried doing that a bit. Currently I think these are my best 1H weapons: Magnificent Rapier of the VampireExquisite Jade Force Shield of WardingI'd say I leverage similar results (which is being able to reliably sustain Nintendo End of Days) but it takes significantly longer... I suppose it's maybe a bit safer but the amount of extra time it takes just doesn't seem worth it.

Is that the speed of the attack is too fast, and when there are too many monsters with the spirit to 100% each attack that makes me significantly lower the energy bar. Remember that I do not use a shield at all, so attacks come directly to me.

Ehm, monsterbation has afaik absolutly nothing to do with your t/s, so i am not sure what your problem is. Also when monster beat you near death on a regular basis, i would suggest to reduce the difficulty because

The higher your level, the more powerful and the safer 1H will be, while 2H will get harder and harder.

On which attributes should I focus as a meele character? Does it makes sense to just put everything into str and end and go full unga?

No, not really. QUOTE(decyp @ Jun 12 2019, 13:36) On which attributes should I focus as a meele character?
Well, that depends a bit what sort of meele character. As 1H you use usually less Agi as you should with a DW build. Personally i did made attributes as 1H like this: Dex the most, Str 20 less, End equal to Str, Agi as much as you need so that the next invested point would actually add attack speed bonus, Wis someting like 20 to 30 points less then End and Int only just really cheap leftofter points.

Before i can say something about that i would like you to post the equipment link, just hover your mouse cursor above the armor, press C and copy the link.

Hm, a bit low damage, but except that, it is a fine piece of armor for your level, so i would say soulfuse it.

Thank you. It's fun experimenting and making mistakes and learning but still pretty high investment so yeah, decided to ask.

QUOTE(Uncle Stu @ Jun 11 2019, 14:37) Suffix? Well, i would say the overall best would be of Dampening. But personally i would also suggest to have at least one of warding in your power armor set. Well, you will need quite some forging to beat PFest and i would suggest try lower difficulty fest before, be best imo would be to start at hellfest. Funfact i still remember when it was absolute common to just do hellfest, no one did even talk about IWBTH Fest and that was before PFUDOR did even existed. Good time, good times. (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/happy.gif) QUOTE(Fudo Masamune @ Jun 11 2019, 15:10) try high round item world on PF first (80 round+ - most legendary light armor IW or in some rarer cases magnificent arcanist should do). if you can't clear it easily, don't bother with grindfest, as surviving late round gf is like 2x~3x harder than that.
thanks for the experienced advise (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/laugh.gif) i just take your masters guidence to go the right way of one hand melee (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/laugh.gif) start with IW (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/cool.gif)

I wouldn't soulfuse it if I were him. I'd just buy a new one at a higher level and sell that one.
