By my calculations the number of replies to the 10th annual EH lottery thread are down 12% from the previous year. Checking past years, the only other time participation decreased was in the 3rd year. I'm curious as to why the lottery would be less popular. I don't really keep track of the gallery changes, but I did go back and refresh my memory on this year's HV updates.
I think most of the changes are clearly beneficial. For example, Lotteries now have a "Do not want" option for the token hunters, Monster Lab has Feed and Drug All Monsters buttons for easier management, and Mooglemail can now have up to 10 attachments. Other changes might be more controversial, at least in the short term, for example, the battle screen was re-worked, which temporarily broke several scripts, but we now have updated scripts. I can't say for sure how high level players are affected, but the proficiency changes eliminate the need for low and mid-level players to specifically grind proficiency, which in makes switching to a new fighting style a lot easier.
Unless I'm over looking something, I think the changes to HV should have increased the popularity of the game and as a side effect should have increased the the number of replies in the annual lottery thread. However, that didn't happen, so I'm wondering if it was changes to the galleries, or was it something not directly related to EH, or maybe my opinion of this year's changes to HV differs significantly for the majority of the players? Thoughts?

Why does the Mithril Prefix reduce only Burden and not Interference? Could it be at least a decent Prefix by adding this?

Please stop posting each time you level up. We get it that you are unhappy with the changes to proficiency gains. Current list of suggestions:
- Make the Mithril Prefix reduce both Burden and Interference, to make it at least decent.
- Add the Barrier Suffix to Kite Shields, to make them useable.
- fuse Vampire,Illithid and Banshee into a single Siphon weapon, that has a chance to trigger the magic Drain for no MP on monsters. Right now those weapons see no use, and maybe the Abilities Ether and Spirit theft would get some use like that.
- lower the soulfuse cost of Magnificient and Superior equips, that for now cost the same as Legendary and Exquisite. Since they are of lower quality, why would they cost the same?

Superior and Exquisite have max 2 pab so they are almost the same. Magnificent has chance for 3 pab so it's almost like legendary.
The soulfuse cost is ok.

I second these and I add: buff the critical stats for Light Armor and/or DW (or increase both if they're used together to avoid buffing DW Heavy too) abilities and/or gear itself. Currently the crit based style is inferior in all aspects (damage, crit chance and crit damage) to a particular Heavy Armor set, it should be fixed.

anyone else notice that play done in hentaiverse.org does not sync with alt.hentaiverse.org?
I notice this in REs. I will play in hentaiverse.org, and drop things like tokens and equipment, but when I go to alt.hentaiverse.org, they aren't there.

I'd buff 2H too, and add a new type of Equip called a Crossguard Shield, that would pratically be a low stat shield usable together with 2H weapons on the offhand.

It only happens when I don't click on 'finish battle' after the RE. I would just close the hentaiverse.org popup and return to using alt.hentaiverse.org...
