 | QUOTE(Red_Piotrus @ Dec 2 2009, 02:35) Why the new thread? Has gillian abandoned the project?

I think gillian abandoned the site altogether when his account has been downleveled to 100 and all his bonuses reset, when it turned out he was using bots to level up. |

I thought he got some free levels from Ten for his work on the bot. There was no way a human being could have gotten that many levels as quickly as he did. Still, if he got downleveled to 100, well, that's not that much of a penalty. Oh well. Where was his incident discussed? I am suprised I missed it totally...This post has been edited by Red_Piotrus: Dec 3 2009, 10:54 |

He has a gold star. Ponkan was botting as well, but no gold star, so account got deleted. QUOTE(Red_Piotrus @ Dec 3 2009, 09:53) Where was his incident discussed? I am suprised I missed it totally...

There were a few posts about it in some thread a while back, I don't really remember which so your search is as good as mine. |

 | Does anybody have a copy of the old Battle Buddy still on their computer??
The original BB link has returned a 503.......and all of a sudden, for no reason that I can determine whatsoever, my own BB went kaput just a few minutes ago.

For posterity's sake, attached is the last version gillian put up. Should be the vanilla version since I kept them separate. |

 | Since the the domain of the HV has changed, the included page for Battle Buddy is no long correct and will not work on the new location. While the fix is obvious, I'll say it anyways: open greasemonkey and add " http://hentaiverse.org/* " to the list of included pages for Battle Buddy and it'll work just fine (as far as I know). |

 | Is anybody else running into a problem with HV whereby "Battle Buddy" keeps un-installing itself (even though it continues to show up in the list of scripts) and must be completely re-installed??
Someone helped me out a day or two ago with a link to 2.1.8., and I installed it, and now today BB is on the fritz once again after working for at least a day or two; it suddenly conked out right in the middle of an Item World the same way that it did last time.

(NOTE: The Hath Exchange add-on still works and always has, so I doubt that Greasemonkey has anything to do with whatever's going on.)

However, you'll lose all the data from your previous cookie. So if you were using any of it (like the drop logs), you'll have to go into the old cookie ("Tools > Options > Security > Show Cookies" in FF, then just filter for hv.e-hentai) and copypasta the contents. It might also be a good idea to delete the old cookies once you've saved anything from them that you want. |

The URL might have changed for the Items page, so the internals might have gotten broken. |

The site the images are hosted on has used too much bandwidth. We'll release a version soon that shouldn't have that problem. It should be back up within a day. |

 | For those interested, I mirrored the files over to [gannonman.com ] http://gannonman.com/bb/(same directory structure) Although I really don't see a big reason for them to not be on the user-side |

Since the HentaiVerse got it's own domain, the script does not recognize it correctly. In Firefox go to Tools>Greasemonkey>Manage User Scripts. In the 'Included pages' Box, click the [hv.e-hentai.org ] http://hv.e-hentai.org/* . and choose 'Edit...' and change it to http://hentaiverse.org/* That should fix it. |
