I've had the same shoes for 60 levels, and I'm pretty sure they're awful. Or good. I can't tell. All I know is I have several with nearly the same exact proficiency, and 3 phase shoes with almost the same exact EDB (base 1.79, half the proficiency,) so there has to be something to that.

I've had the same shoes for 60 levels, and I'm pretty sure they're awful. Or good. I can't tell. All I know is I have several with nearly the same exact proficiency, and 3 phase shoes with almost the same exact EDB (base 1.79, half the proficiency,) so there has to be something to that.

The only 2 i've ever found were both for the legs

Rapier of Balance has to be the most common type of equipment drop I've ever gotten. So common that I can't really tell which of them is the one that just dropped when I look into my inventory. (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/sad.gif)
