Just managed to find a Level 186 Crude Cotton Pants of the Thrice-Blessed via the Bazaar.

The stats are probably crap, but that's not what I was going after - that's 186 levels of IW grinding right there, up to 10x a day. THAT's a steal.

If you really wanted to have a crude item to train on on IWs, you are actually better of going with Fair or Average quality equipment because you'll get more experience per round, however, you might find it more difficult to make it as far as you have been able to on Crude...it's basically a trade-off, more experience per round with more experience per round or less experience per round with more rounds. In all, why not give a Fair equipment a shot? I get plenty of crappy Fair and sometimes Crude quality equipments that I would not mind sending you for free.

As of the last IW run, I managed to get to the last round (114) on the old Crude pants on Easy, so now I'm giving it a shot on Normal to see how long that lasts. On Easy and Normal, you'll lose the advantages your Heavy armor and high physical absorb and mitigation gives you. You should really stick to Cake for the most part unless you are comfortable doing Easy, and only then, you shouldn't do Easy too often.
