How?
I've gotten 2 phase drops (from hundreds of trophies and all my levelling) total.

How?
I've gotten 2 phase drops (from hundreds of trophies and all my levelling) total.

By being lucky, there is no other "factor". Its always luck even if he had trained all lotd.

Scavenger + Quartermaster are all you go to to increase phase drops, and even at high levels it will barely make a difference.

Considering the fact that a phase drop chance is so miniscule it wont matter even if you have it maxed out or at least not until you play for a few years and even by then its probably a shitty one (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif).
