I was hopping for at least one Exquisite from the Noodly Appendage's. I did those first, that's why I did 50 light and 50 heavy, all my cloth were junk (haven't finished looking/tossing them all yet) so I was going to try a few for battlecaster or shield armor.

I as going to use the present on a weapon in the hope i get a magnificent to level in at the very least. I'd be pissed If I got junk cloth from it, and after doing 400 i didn't want to take a chance. Its like you just shot yourself in the foot 400x so now go step on a landmine just so you can feel something.

btw LotD still has no affect on the shrine right?

Solstice gift will probably net you a superior maybe exquisite if you are extremely lucky no way in hell you gonna get a magnificent from a solstice though. Stocking stuffers some of the times wont even give you a superior ^^

Xmas Tree is just a standard artifact, and Stocking Stuffers are equivalent to boss trophies. I believe Solstice gift is the same quality as the Shimmering Present. Now, if you are really desperate, maybe you can convince someone with a Tenbora's Box to sell it to you. That's a guaranteed Exquisite since it has double the loot quality of a Noodly Appendage.

Of course something like that would never happen if I'd done them on Heroic or Nightmare. Then they would've been cotton.

No. The update brought equip changes, and that's why Tenb told to wait. Ex: you could get a heavy shield now.

I told that of the magnificent thing, but it's like you getting 2 levels up in IW on normal, extremely rare.

I'm hopping that when I turn in my Shimmering Present that I get a magnificent (maybe weapon) to play with and level in. The other things I just never bothered to turn in but would be happy with anything that I can use.
