Average Phase Shoes of the Elementalist Elemental 27.61, evade 5.14 - I'm using fox gear these days, but I might make an exception for these shoes.

Its' evade isn't that good for its' Level...most of the time, wouldn't phase have a higher base evade than that?

Seeing that the max base evade for shoes are 3.75, a pair of elemental phase shoes with 3.25 is incredible good
