I love how this seems to happen every time I train Quartermaster:

Total Item Drops: 404 from 4846 monsters (8.34% total drop chance)
Items: 397 (98.27% of drops, 8.19% drop chance)
Equipment: 7 (1.73% of drops, 0.14% drop chance)
Artifacts: 0 (0.00% of drops, 0.00% drop chance)

This was all on battletoads.

[Superior Prism Buckler of Warding]
[Fine Prism Shortsword of Balance]
[Crude Cotton Shoes of Warding]
[Fine Prism Dagger of the Nimble]
[Average Prism Estoc of Slaughter]

That means 1/667... monsters drops a piece of equipment for me.

Depends on the level and type of user in question as well.

Still though, I can only imagine Priestess being more useless. Even the less popular EDB types have their use as a sort of "cheap" version of the popular ones.

You need a much larger sample size to gauge the change since you trained. It's also not going to go up as much as you think.

I'd have to agree with hito. Shield Aura and Hulk are the worst suffixes for phase, in my opinion.

I would say Shielding Aura and Hulk are worse, but not by much.

We are referring to worst phase suffix, and Curse-weaver/Priestess/Earth-walker, and the less useful for mages in the current rules, but in melee point of view, well curse-weaver is very useful to speed up RoB battles or to clear the legendary's arenas.
Now Earth-walker can be also used, but it's only when you "don't need so much evade" for regen being able to keep up the damage, so you can get benefit of saving some MP from the supportive spells running such as HS. Priestess it's only a filler gear in certain conditions when you regen to be powerful, but you aren't using evade fleet.
So IMO priestess is the useless suffix of them all, followed by earth-walker.

Curse-Weaver can be used to help extend and icnrease the amount of damage that Spreading Poison does to the bosses, so I can see how that would help the melee types clear the boss and legendary RoBs...Earth-Walker would also be fairly useful in terms of using spells like Shadow Veil and other spells like that, so I would say that those two would be pretty useful for the mage/melee hybrid type (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/happy.gif)
