Is not any better than the Fine Titanium Buckler I have (which is 3 levels lower). It has 1 less point of interference/burden, and 2 points more of dexterity. But it's lower on several other stats, and noticeably lower on evasion :\

Quite nice. Only 6 burden/interference, and a bright 16.7 points of elec mitigation. Now if only there were more than one monster that used elec. Or alternatively, if only I could still actually use magic >_>
