can someone evaluate this Average dragon hide breastplate of warding

never seen a leather with THAT evade at THAT level!!!
finally a awesome drop after all that crap...
it's a pity for taht low physical protection though

surely i can milk a lot from low levels (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/tongue.gif)

Yeah. I already have a 6-turn 21% almost-400 bleed Axe for Legendaries.
I don't think the extra 6% parry on this one is worth it.

I don't think it's THAT uncommon.
I have this one with a higher base evade stat.

Makes me wonder sometimes what the max base stats of these armors can be.
I have some lvl 200 Leather gear with 5% phys mitigation, higher than most Heavy gears.
