On the bright side, it has even higher ADM than the rapier I just sold. Somewhat lower parry though.

I used 1 turn PA rapier (it sucks compare to what you got) up until about a week ago or so.. it work fine, well, for normal at least...

BTW, How do you check what LV weapons will gain more turn? I heard about some kind of chart, but I seem to miss it.
