Fine Phase Pants of Niflheim
Fair Phase Shoes of the Heaven-sent
and enough cotton to choke a whale.

IIRC it was 37%. 34% was what it was scaled to marcho.
By meaning first I'm referring the first one I got. Still nothing special though.
