I'm not really sure about the range values of Mitigations, but isn't 19.8% (almost 20) high for a Glove?
Or do I always just miss seeing the good stuff? Either way, this pair of gloves pushed my Holy Mitigation to 90%. (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)

Edit: Is it possible to reach 100%? Surely, somebody here with the godly gears can reach it?

It's uncommon, but not rare. and 90%? I wish I missed the good stuff like you.

No, I already made the calculation and even with 5 pieces of +30% mitigation can't do it (with proficiency)

All my pieces are 20-24. What would 5 pieces of 30% mitigation amount to?

yes.
250 proficiency adds +25% to stats of equipment.
24*1.25=30

You can try using sonic's cal, it's very easy just add the 5 values to get the answer. Btw I'm not certain but I think even with 5 pieces of 32% aren't enough.

5 pieces of 32% + spells/aura
= 85.5 + 13.5
= 99%
