You might want a second opinion on this since I'm not that familiar with Niten stuff, but it doesn't seem to be that good unfortunately. Scaled to the same level, it's inferior in pretty much every stat to the nimble wakizashi I'm auctioning for example. It also has a high bleed proc chance with low damage, somehting that a lot people seem to care about.

The only superior stat it rolled seems to be on its agility (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/dry.gif)

Mhm. No it's not good. It's kind of average and below on the importants stats.
