yeah, I'm 90% sure it is (I can't tell for sure since my weapons are over level 100+ so the power is scaled. But it's a big boost when I wear two, than just 1 with a shield.)

Personally I'd go with the rapier for the status effect. Try that out for a while and if you find yourself not dodging enough, missing too much, or the status effect isn't coming out as often as you like, then switch to the dagger and see how that works out.

To add, daggers aren't really weapons that go well as just a single weapon. It's the pro choice of dual wielders so i'd go with the rapier or hope you get something better ^^

Daggers, though rarely, can get the bleed effect, so if you prefer bleed over penetration using a dagger for 1h isn't an entirely bad choice, but as Cyriel said, it tends to be better for DW at the moment.

The rapier give me only more attack but degrease hp, block, mitigation, hit change...

I'll go for the daggers and "wait" for someting else, maybe a pair of boxer (like maximo (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif) )
