Considering I've gotten I believe 5 phase drops now, Kevlar seems pretty rare. Or is it just me? Seems ok, no idea what a "good" kevlar piece is like though.

5 pieces of kevlar, and 2 pieces of phase. You probably got more phase because you probably trade trophies for cloth.

I do trade most of my trophies for cloth, but I was specifically leaving that out. Those numbers were actual drops. Though considering your numbers, I guess it's just luck.

+16.84 Holy, 6.44 Evade

Not bad. I lose some damage compared to my current Heaven-sent robe, but gain quite a bit of evade/mitigation.
