is anybody even updating the wiki anymore?

It has been hinted that another grade, Legendary, may exist above Magnificent; however it is unknown whether anyone has ever actually received equipment of this grade.

Looks like it's around 1/40 chance on a mysterious box.
Maybe to have it actually drop, you''ll have to be level 999 with all lotd trained, on round >100 battletoads item world in a legendary loot. (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)

Didn't see it before, not haven't seen it before. Meaning I did not see it when I made my first post (b/c photobucket was down for a period of time yestedray).
Disable all adblocker (w/ ie and firefox you have to whitelist), hover over equipment, press c.

If you found that weapon, do you remember under what circumstances you found it? IW, Arena, Shrine, RoB, Grindfest, what weapon grade, what difficulty, around what round number, (and I assume lv 145-150).

Conratulations. AFAIK that's the first Legendary item anyone has ever posted. (Pity it's not "of" anything.) And yes, people update the HV wiki all the time. You could even do it yourself...

most likely arena... don't bother with grind, and pretty much everything i get from the shrine is garbage
don't get ToB often enough to make RoB a habit, so that's unlikely (and can't stand IW, so i rarely do that)
difficulty i couldn't really tell you, but back then i was pretty much just screwing around playing on normal through all the arenas (it's only in the past 5 lvls or so that i've been doing the first few arenas on battletoads)

There were all kinds of crazy things back then when equips first started dropping and the Shrine was made and all kinds of jazz. "Pre-nerf" just refers to everything before then in general.
