Was wondering about that, can you please confirm if this is true? Seems like it, experience wise. I've been looking for silk shoes with high evade for ages and can't seem to find any over 5ev at my level, whilst at the same time I have 3-4 robes with 6ev+ ):

Same here. I've been looking for ages for 5+ shoes.

edit: well I have a lvl 30 at 4.3 evade, but I don't feel like lvling them atm

I think the sudden Karma boost I got for reaching level 60 has affected my loot rate, I got all of that in less than 20 minutes.

Not likely. People hit good runs every once in a while. I just got 3 Artifact in one Item World, after getting just 5 all of the last 7 days.
