It looks to me like a horrible piece of equipment. But, since hp stays the same across the board, but xp multiplies for item world difficulties, I think it'll be a good grinding item.

Good luck but understand this the slider better XP bonus and better quality items from a exquisite isn't worthy if you can't grind farther way (like MG->+100, EX->+150), less turns means less XP and less items and less quality items (don't forget that the quality raise until round 100)

From my experience (and I grind 1 prims one for a week 9x per day) if you're don't maging in that you can't get the bonus from it, until you got a very high level. Just a side note, I never could pass round +80 without spending a mana restorative, while I could pass round +100 in GrindFest, so be prepared (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/tongue.gif)

That is seriously ancient, and probably a Mysterious Box Item. From the pre-Resist chance % era. Don't hold your breath awaiting another Magnificent item. I don't think Magnificent equipment has ever dropped in battle.

Why people think like this? Hito posted somewhere that he got a Eth rapier in battletoads First Blood, and he even sold a 2-3 of them in this shop ages ago. He couldn't have more than a mysterious box, don't he?

I'll sell it, but my question is, should I go to the trouble of leveling up first, so more buyers will be interested? (I think I can battletoads until level +30 or so)

There were 57 Mysterious Boxes and nearly every one gave Exquisite or higher. Most, if not all, Magnificent equipment came from the Mysterious Boxes. Hito is the luckiest person here, and probably the highest Credit income of anybody (being the number one Uploader of All-Time). He was buying 1 Million+ Credit Ability Points.

The good thing of maging it's that between normal and hard it's just a little more minutes spent, but 2X Exp, and until now I get double level up each 2 IWs, so 80 levels I can do it in 40 days.
