* The +8 is meh-like but, I could easily level these up, and if Cold increases +.04 per level I might have something. (Or not.)

Bah! Total crap. It levels between zero and +0.01 per stat. A hundred levels wouldn't get me to +9.00 Cold Mit. (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/sad.gif)

10.72 at Lvl 150, Yeah, drop em. Mittigation raises very slowly. A level 200 piece is only 1.5 times its level 0 stats.

I have the same damn problem with gloves. If I see Superior or Phase at the front of an Equipment drop, you can bet it with also say Gloves/Gauntlets. :/
