From the wiki:
"Equipment may have the 'wrong' element for its level if it has been levelled up in Item World, as this does not currently change the original element when the equipment enters a new bracket. "

It's a lvl 60 weapon, but Steel element, not Platinum. Something changed with a new update or that's a bug?

It's because someone level it up, technically you can have a iron item at the levels of prim ones if you have the patience of leveling it up

Yay! First Kevlar.

But, eh, Kevlar's not really my thing. Maybe if it had a little higher physical mitigation it'd be worth the interference and drop in evade. Or maybe this just isn't the best piece (very possible since it's Fair).
