Rapiers cap at 6 PA turns.

You have seen a 6 turn PA rapier?

I've had and sold two of them. Unfortunately, the rest of the stats with them were kinda crap.

Fair Titanium Rapier

I've had and sold two of them. Unfortunately, the rest of the stats with them were kinda crap.

Oh, well, that is depressing. I had never seen one over 4.

I've seen a 7 turn BW Shortsword.

That would be because Bleed weapons are capped at 7 turns. I have several 7 turn bleed weapons, including two katanas. Also, I have to take back what I said about PA being 6 turns, because it's actually 7 as well. I forgot about some 7 turn Estocs I used to have. The highest I've seen for rapier is 6 turns, and I'm fairly sure they were low proc percentages and had fairly bad stats aside from the PA. Let me preempt any further questions about caps by directing everyone to the original post.
