Well fuuuuu then, that casts damper on plans. About to do my first donation - up to gold - so from what I gather I'll recover >500 hath from perk refunds and thought I'd take the opportunity to max scavenger, LotD and quartermaster. Thought that 20/25 lotd was a decent enough sweet spot to finally get occasional nice drops on battletoads but you call the return on investment there into question for the level I'm at currently.

At 32/50, 14/25 and 11/20 on them right now so the end or something close is reasonably in sight.
