Don't think so, automation is only banned for GP/Hath Exchange and combat. Heck, even have an autoshopper for item, autoshopper for bazaar seems pretty reasonable. Besides, the bazaar is pretty much a trash can anyway, nothing wrong with snooping through trash to save a few valuable but misunderstood items (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/sad.gif)

The ISB was specifically intended to stop people profiting from buying below-marked price items from the item shop with bots, by making it available to everyone, and in a way that doesn't put any load on the system. And it has done that quite successfully. If you want fair buy/sell prices you're still pointed towards the WTB/WTS forums.
