You're supposed to increase damage output with power armor.

High damage axes make the PA of rapiers pointless when you can kill a monster in 1 or 2 hits, I use an axe for one handed and I clear arenas faster than with an estoc

Also upgrading that axe is a good idea it's not likely you'll get a better one from a drop anytime soon and the price of buying a better one far out ways the cost of upgrading that one to a level of damage a better one would have

Light/DW isn't that bad for schoolgirl arenas. The first one is ideal because there's only one schoolgirl in each round so you can use frenzy just on her. I've gotten pretty proficient at multiple schoolgirls too, I can do PFUDOR DwD in under 65 minutes now (which is no where close to mage but I don't even have that much forging on my club).

The spell damage seems really low for a Legendary Hallowed Oak of Heimdall. I've seen non-hallowed legendary oaks with almost that. Wisdom is low too. Yeah, I'd be disappointed if it were me...

Yeah I used to dual wield End of Days in light armor when I was grinding proficiencies but the time it takes isn't worth what you get out of it so I wouldn't bother now I've maxed my proficiencies.
