The plate armors are falling out of favor in late auctions, especially when it is not of protection. Looking at this drop, you've got a mag-max phisical mitigation, too bad it isn't mag-max mitigation of of protection. It won't sell much. If you think the salvage item from this have more value for you, you can go salvage it.

Now, I'm using heavy. And my level is low enough to not care about the suffixes. If you're feeling generous....

Yeah, they're garbage but I doubt there is a mag with that high of PMI. I already have an agile pair though so the only legendary protection leather I'm interested in is reinforced prefix with high pmi and specific mitigation rolls.
