Superior Frugal Phase Cap of Heimdall

I guess I'll have to sell this...I like the Mana Conservation, and it's got pretty good stats, but I have a Superior already without Frugal that has DEX and AGI, along with comparable Magic Damage and similar INT and WIS.

Too bad really...I haven't had a really good Heimdall or Fenrir drop in a long time...

Those are simply the best pairs of shade pants that have dropped on me so far. Aside from a 5 PAB superior shade helmet, the rest of my shade gear is EXQ quality.

I should hope that 5 PAB was before patch, unless light PABs were restored to their former glory, in which case I would be quite pleased.
