Trainings are almost maxed, so my drops should be appropriate, or not?

You must be really unlucky. My very first magnificent was my first T&T clear on hell, I think. I get tons of crap but the occasional magnificent equipment drop happens. I would trade all of them for some exquisite phase of fenrir, though.

At least, I recently got this Magnificent willow staff of destruction, I feel like it boosted my performance a lot.
