The block on new shielding stuff sucks. Old barrier kills it. I feel bad for one-hand. Their best armor is obsolete now. I guess shield plate of protection would be the best they can get now. Or can power get shielding too? I haven't seen one yet but I assume so. Power armor with a shield, lol.
