Pretty sad.. but from the entire time i've been playing HV till now,
the only Legendary drops that i ever got of which weren't obtained through shrined are:

Legendary Plate Greaves of the Warding<-- this one is my first legend drop as the equip ID is lower than the others
Legendary Buckler of Barrier
Legendary Ethereal Dagger of Balance
Legendary Cotton Cap of the Spirit-Ward
Legendary Cotton Gloves of the Spirit-Ward

As for the Shrined ones

Legendary Plate Cuirass of Warding
Legendary Ethereal Estoc of Slaughter<--- none of my regular legendary drops is gonna top this shrine one anytime soon (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/laugh.gif) unless i get a 2nd one with even better rolls

Overall i have to say, the Legendaries that come out of the shrine usually end up much better than my regular drops,
but i suppose that's because my Luck of the Draw is only at 20/25.

lol, looks like you've done pretty well to me. At level 322, I still have yet to have a legendary drop. The only legendary I've ever gotten is this one at level 220 via a noodle. I am very unlucky (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/cry.gif) (and yes, I play on IWBTH only, unless it's item world which I play on BT).

2x dropped from IW-ing on BT
2x dropped from Arena on IWBTH
1x dropped from FSM on IWBTH <--- funny, but i got this one when i was changing equip/weapons and forgot to re-equip before heading into Ring of Blood,
and ended up fisting FSM to death, though it took like some ugly 2000+ turns or something. I still have it saved on notepad because it was silly.

At least it wasn't a longsword, which was what I got (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/dry.gif) I swear the rolls favour balance over evrything else, I've yet to get a vampire/banshee drop yet
