i got a gem called spirit gem

and it was top of the battle item while im in grindfest but now its gone

not in the inventory nor wherever

1.it just gone if i dont consume it asap?

2.is this restore some spirit amount just for one time or something like perma increase?

Spirit gem is to used in the current battle or it is gone. But don't worry thy drop very often.
It just regenerates some SP.
