A lot. It all depends on who you find to buy it though. If I was just to put it in my shop I think I'd put a 800k price tag (lower if I wanted to sell it fast). It has really good crit and parry, but a few things hurt it. No 4 PABs, accuracy could be higher (which is really the most important stat on a balance rapier), and low base turns on the proc (I see 4, if it was the max base turns you could get more for it).
