Leveled up scavenger to 32, quartermaster to 12, and luck of the draw to 15. I feel like it's helping. This is what I found today:

This was the first time I've found multiple magnificents in the same day.

Exquisite Buckler of the Barrier

Get a nice Ex drop and it's virtually worthless.
At least I got my title.
